Went to the pueblo Olon just 5 minutes drive over from Montañita. Talk about an epic long beach! It just goes on and on.
Personally I like Olon more than Montañita if I was going to live here, which I just might. It is quiet, family friendly, a little sleepy and super close the the awesome mayhem of Montañita.
Noah and I grabbed lunch and then walked North up the beach tripping out on the idea that with enough time we could walk that shoreline all the way to Canada.
We walked up to the road and caught a taxi just outside of the tiny village of Curia. It apparently is the gentle surf break spot to go learn at. The village was super rustico and friendly.
